Air Atlanta is an awful place to work
I agree with the above post. I got a feeling of desolation flying for them that I have never experienced anywhere else.
The only pilots that this life could possibly be bearable for, are those who have no home to go back to. I met one or two like this, whose private lives after a few divorces were even worse than being with Atlanta.
Air Atlanta is a stain on Iceland, and the Icelandic pilots I have flown with in other airlines are quietly ashamed of it.
