hi there ,, i know that the EC-135 VNE reach up to 155KIAS
but why does the VNE for OEI is 110 Kias ???
is it because of the rotor RPM will Drop by increasing the Pich in the blades ? or because of something else
i will be very greatfull if someone replayed me
