Much the same in the UK. I have had some experience of discussing the issues with crews during our regular emergency training but we don't have knowledge of individual operators' procedures. That said, I think it is fair to say also that we are pretty well trained to handle whatever comes our way.
And when it does go all wrong, all you have to do is call and tell us what you are going to do (whether that's exactly what your Ops Manual says or not) and we'll do everything we can to help and keep other traffic out of the way.
