As everyone said you will have to fly the plane, the PNF will run the checks. Calls will depend on company SOP's so I am sure they will not kill you for getting anything like that wrong. Here are some rough numbers that work nicely for the 300 sim for power settings. I could give you a rough version of calls too but you should not really need them for an eval. Also obviously these are rough numbers and may have to be adjusted slightly depending on conditions but should be pretty close for 0 wind gross weight.
