hi guys! Sir Toulost is right, im not really sure about cebu pac's MPL or if it is ATO approved. we are very lucky to be advised by pilots like him.
right now i would stick to PLC and hope for the best hehe! yeah i think i should also get my tooth fixed so it wont be a problem when the time comes...
