First of all, I am not working for EZS, so the infos that I have are second hand and might have changed.
As far as I know, EZS was looking at a 5/3 5/4, but nothing has been implemented; in other words, itīs a floating roster.
Obviously there are mostly Swiss guys working there (ex TEA and ex Crossair), but also a lot of French and German pilots (mostly CRX).
Workpermit is no big deal since the bilateral agreements are in force. Basically if you hold a EU passport you can live and work in Switzerland (just some paperwork that has to be completed, but really no big deal).
Most of the Basel based crew prefer to live in France or Germany due to the lower cost of living.
Basewise, there are more openings in GVA than in BSL due to the bigger fleet size in Geneva.
But, as the fleets are still growing, you never know.
Hope it helps

PS. Command ........

Initial rumors were up to 5 years, but with the expansion, I know people that got their upgrade within 2-3 years (with previous experience that is ...)
