Hi there i'm a newbe around here so please forgive me if i have posted the question on the wrong thread.
I have passed my 1st part of the interviewing stage to become a customer service agent at heathrow. My assessment day is 10.05.07. Has anyone been through this assessment for checkin staff? The lady i had my telephone interview with told me what to expect etc.. but i would like to speak to someone who has actually done and lived to tell the tale
