I work in Airfield Ops and driving without a permit is a big
NO NO! (I'm yet to catch one).Usually a fine would be issued by the Airport Authority! However regarding the disciplinary it all depends how strict your company is on the subject. They may make you pay the fine and that may be the end of it, or you may just get a written warning, or even the worst case scenrio which I won't mention!!!
