There are three points I would like to make.
1. I cannot find the reference but recall profit share is paid as 2 weeks upon reaching the profit target and 25% of the excess (profit-profit target) distributed amongst employees.
2. Considering point 1 it isnt a profit share it is a bonus at the whim of the owners.
3. This is not the appropriate forum to be discussing it; it should be the Emirates private forum. No wonder everyone else thinks we are a bunch of whining debuttantes.
