Well, my prediction was pretty close,
everything up until then is a WAG (wild assed guess). Mine is 5 weeks, based on the assumption this is about the minimum they can get away without having to give all employees a decent pay rise
but I guess they had to do a little optimisation to reduce the pay out further.
