Wont be long before they get themselves in order and go on the offensive. The way the aviation industry is booming today and when you're not the biggest player in the market, I would think very carefully about how I treat my crew since similar positions are in abundance with much, much, much better conditions. Flt Deck & Cabin crew are not GOD's but they're the hottest property in demand at the moment. Just look at the EY recruitment page. Then again there's always the BAN.............
