How far did the US get with PRM? I seem to remember it wasn't exactly welcomed by pilots/airlines. How did they solve the VHF Comm issue when a controller called for an 'Escape'. I have an ALPA demonstration video, somewhere, of a FedEx DC-10 crew (simulator) sucking hard when told to 'Escape' by ducking under the Glide Slope on approach.
