I have recently had a most awful ding dong with jpac over the last 6 mths and they still havent resoved what was a really basic admin issue, ironically it would have taken one clerk to deal with it in a matter of a few phone calls, I know i,m not the only recipient of this
service who is fraustrated and left if our lords and masters realise how poor this system is........however what i,m after is a word from anybody who has managed to take successful legal action against them?
