Just because you enjoy Dubai and feel treated well does not translate into comparable working conditions for the desperate workers from India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
Having been to India for vacation, and lived in Dubai for 10 years, the people that you speak of have it far better off in Dubai than their own country. They also chose to be in Dubai. They at least earn descent money rather than scraping through the gutters looking for something to eat or sell.
