With FCA pulling out of CWL and LTN, and TOM pulling out of BRS, it looks to me as though the two companies are concentrating their efforts on their strongest/ biggest bases and pulling out of single a/c bases in preperation for any future merger.
Makes sense I suppose, however reducing capacity at BRS when there is a demand for it doesn't seem to make sense to me.
I only hope that BRS manages to get another based a/c out of this mess so that the good people of FCA and TOM based at BRS don't get shafted with job losses or base transfers!
