The Skyserv 320 is an FCA unit. Its leased to SSV and then back to FCA with Canadian pilots (complicated).
So in other words, if FCA want to move it around or reg' it back to UK then they can (with a little notice of course).
Take my word....Cardiff FCA will probably go as of Summer '08, and will be announced today!
Grim times....and very annoying for all the staff that have worked so hard to put FCA up there at the top..!!
