Perspex polish is probably the best thing to remove deep scratches as the spirt in it disolves the plastic so making the abrasive able to lift out the scratch to quite deep depths, after that Jewlers rouge, an odd red substance usually made up of fine abrasive talc and wax, does a great job polishing out fine scratches on watch glass ect, oh as an after thought, makes a good job of screen's too.
