Flying replica!!
Two DH-9's were recovered from Bikaner in India.
One, D-5649, has been restored to full static condition by contract for the IWM. Even though static, it could fly in a less regulated regime.
Restoration of the second aircraft, E-8894, to flight standard has been initiated though it has much less original wood, to meet CAA regulations.
