Phase 4 of the w.i.p. is a total distaster. From Sun til Thurs during the morning & upto around 2 or 3pm local the main r/w is closed so only the ermergency r/w is available. Also you need 5km vis to land otherwise the airport is closed. Nice planning. Just another kick in the teeth for Gulf Air.
