When the badges first went on issue there was a signal sent to Supply Sqns explaining who was entitled and more importantly, who weren't.
Only members of the regular RAF or RauxAF are entitled to wear the 'ROYAL AIR FORCE' flash and TRF.
RAFVR, RAFVR(T) and other general walts are non-entitled.
