Great news to you.
This bundle branch block thing ... there is one that is called "incomplete" and many doctors don't see it on the ECG trace, or they don't care, because what they are really looking at is the time of the QRS complex (the big spikes on the ECG). The shape of the wave is supposed to be very sharp at the top, but in an incomplete block you will see two "R" waves, very close together (look at the V1 and V2 for right BB and V5 and V6 for left), but the duration of the whole complex is normal (below .12 secs).
Hope I didn't confused you with that. There is nothing wrong with the heart by having these incomplete conduction anomalies (unless, of course, in one who have had a heart attack or coronary disease).
