Well, it's an important point but nevertheless it seems to be difficult to find out what's applicable for Jet Airways F/O's screened by Randhem.
In the contract of Jet they are talking about that the 4400,- USD are
gross paid.
On Randhem's website you can find that we have to pay taxes in India. Maybe they mean current tax situation in India. I don't really know what they mean.
The important question is, do we get 4400 USD gross - 33% taxes which is 2948 USD net, or do we get 4400 USD after tax on our bank account?
Who can give me the final answer?
