topper74, good point.

if it's your first job in 5 years, don't hesitate. go for it. I am sure that you'll have plenty of fun and I am sure yuo'll learn plenty regardles of the quality of yuor colleagues. It seems to me that the pilots are not changing to get closer to home rather changing to real airlines. From what I have heard there are only scandinavian co-pilots there and there are good conections with Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo and Helsinki. Getting home shouldn't be a problem, roster permitting..... Maybe the blacklisting isn't so bad after all, the pilots seems to be leaving for good outfits. Go for it if you get it and take it for what it is, a stepping stone. And remember, no matter what are being said here BT has not had any accidents or incidents to my knowledge. On the other hand side, you can show anything and everything with statistics
best of luck with your interview.
