I would suggest doing the CPL (a) and a single IR as suggested above - then you only need 105 hrs heli TT (plus cpl training) and a 10 hr IR transition (according to the UK system at the moment) assuming the CPL (a) and IR (a) are JAA qualifications + the extra theory exam.
