The 36 countries mentioned aren't the only ones, they've just been ADDED to the list of all the uncivilised places where people drive like imbeciles.
Thats because people in those "civilised" places also drive like imbeciles! Drivers in the US need to learn that the left lane is for passing and not to block the traffic by going at the speed limit! Dont even get me started on New York City driving.. Drivers in Toronto, Canada need to learn to stop tailgating and flashing lights like the Arabs on Sheikh Zayed Road!
