Nice one Safetyman . Its about time that someone from HQ stand up!! This is bull. I am working for Solenta and I have no problem, in fact Im having the time of my life right now!!! And yes I am on contrack and yes its not nice being away from home, but we fly GOOD aircrafts and the maintenance is TOPS. Forget about the money thing, there are so many other positive things working for Solenta.

All you guys and girls with interviews at Solenta GO FOR IT!!!
