Thoughts about Flybe
Training bond doesn’t depreciate.
3+month leave notice
8 days off a month
departing on time is more important than safety
Its a good place to start but the bond is a bit much
Not sure how long the company will last
Lots of parked aircraft
poor organization skills
3rd least best airline I have worked with
I'm not trying to ruffle feathers but a future employee should know what it's like.
