Being from Asia, I honestly don't think you can sit on the moral high ground given the horrendous human rights records of some of your neighbours. We in the West have acknowledged that, through history, we have done some very wrong things - we no longer try to sweep them under the carpet, deny them or justify them. If you had been incarcerated and tortured by the Vietnamese, then you too may have thought them to be "slope eyed bastards".
It is clear you have no notion what it is like to be a prisoner of war and so should keep your blinkered and narrow-minded opinions to yourself. Many of us on here have stood in the face of the Taleban with the risk of having our crown jewels sewn to our tongues if captured.
