So more VR, more LWOP(with staff travel), more temp Part time. FWA - dump down to 85hrs. New EBA - you want part time, have it. Meanwhile, we'll turn our heads and let more and more contract C(20day) casuals get hired - NO QUESTION. Sit back and count the $$$$$$$$$$$
