From a F/D perspective...I whole heartedly agree with Sarah....I take garlic (which apart from keeping the more amorous female CC away
) has virtually stopped me suffering from the head colds I used to get on a regular basis.
I'd also suggest some sort of exercise, with at least a portion of that being vigerous...I'm constantly amazed at the adaptability of our bodies if we do a few simple things
