It has had to create Clickair with other partners because it cannot make money in BCN. It has what is rumoured to be a fractious relationship with Air Nostrum which it does not own and yields in all markets in Spain are under threat as LOCOs expand. A good example of this is that EasyJet now massively outcarries Iberia at AGP. In order to be attractive to anyone IB has to address its costs.
