As far as I know they intend to phase out their ATR42 aircraft first. For example the first new aircraft will replace the sole ATR 42 at their Cork base. Beyond that there will be some form of expansion. However given how shortlived the Luton base was I don't think they will open another foreign base in the near future. I'd say aircraft will first be used to expand services at their major bases at Dublin, Cork and Galway, as well as possibly expanding their bases at Kerry, Waterford, Knock or Donegal. Opening a base at Cwl is a possibility in the medium to long term but I'd say it would just be to operate the flights to Dublin, Cork and Galway.
