A Manager is a Manager
Many companies are run by people who are not specialists in that business.
A good manager, manages, and directs, takes heed of all input and decides.
Delegation is perhaps the most important skill of any manager.
The ability to listen as well as talk, helps.
So don't knock the CEO who is not in that line of business.
However to loose 3 CEO's could be described as careless.
