- You ain't seen nothing yet. A relative of mine who's pretty senior in the National Ports Authority (NPA) tells me that they paid "a helicopter company in Cape Town" 7.2 million Rand for a replacement helicopter that was "going to come from the Middle East."
The helicopter never materialized & now the NPA are having "a little difficulty" in recovering their moolah.
Betcha can by a whole load of burgers & chips (and a couple of pink shirts) with 7.2 million fund vouchers.
