Be realistic we all knew no matter if there is INCREASE or NO INCREASE or what so ever.
There is no change.....
MOST employees of QR and in the umbrella will stay.
Why? we all knew the answer.........that.....
However I do believe very soon they will prepare to keep thier DIGNITY
