I'm a very close friend of a guy (A320) who knows Mr. Dosé and according to him, we better don´t expect huge or dramatic changes in our salaries or allowances since that's not Mr. Dosé policy. Well, in my case, I´ll wait until july or september to apply to EK or Emirates 'coz honestly, don't think this situation will improve at all. Good luck to all of us mate.
