Barry O and team. Good luck at the V & A - sincerely. It's not for sissy's. Just hope there isn't a SABC / ETV saga looming as mentioned by Jam, and that ur laundy is kleen.
Pay ur pilots well - don't stiff them cos they ARE ur business. you can operate the best machines, but no drivers = no bread on the table. starting up where u r with the competition around u the last thing u need is thousands of rands in marketing bills with no blades turnin!
We'd all love to have the opportunity to operate out of SA's most lucrative helipad. Some posts depict a slight 'enviousness' which is probably understandable.
However, Barry!! When u have stiffed a pilot, swallow ur pride (its not fattening) and make amends!! U might find peace and a gr8 future business partner!! If the rest of ur laundry is kleen that is.
