Of course, if you are descending out of a headwind, it might be hard to get out of stall. After all, you cannot exchange altitude for airspeed! You can only exchange altitude for groundspeed - and even while your groundspeed is increasing, if descending simultaneously causes loss of headwind, your airspeed could decrease...
