Sim Trainer
ASA has about the best you will find for PC, both the Instrument trainer and OnTop is an excellent way to review and practice instrument procedures, review fundimentals and review local area approaches.
To my knowledge ASA have not yet put a helicopter into the aircraft setup but will not be suprised if it doesn't happens soon. I just use the C172 or Archer both give the same speed range you need
As for FS I didnt find the simulation or helicopter response worthwhile unless you just want to play around.
