Hmmm..your qualifications are excellent...but you just don't seem to have the desperate "will do anything" attitude that is so keenly sought in todays proffessional aviation companies. Perhaps you need to take a job cleaning toilets in a pub for six months so that you will respond appropriately in your interviews.
PS age means nothing..its not a race..my mate has started flying A320s in India because he payed for the rating. He's in his forties with 1200TT.
