Climbto350 etc over a few weeks you'll find that the only employers regularly re-running their ads are the regionals, part 135ers and night-freighters flying the piston prop and small turbo-prop a/c. These guys have had it cushy for so long paying joke money they're reluctant to wake up to the new realities.
