I'm appalled. OK, so RAFA has had RAF items, with logo, on sale for years, all in a good cause and aimed at the ex-serving folk, but this is utterly pathetic - a cheap attempt to appeal to 'yoof'. The 'wings' issue winds me up most; people sweat blood to get them, and often have given their blood whilst wearing them. What a sorry day this is. It genuinely saddens me to see my Service reduced to this. Funny, isn't it, that initiatives like this are never revealed to us serving members before 'roll-out'. Can anyone hear that noise? It's Bader, Gibson and Cheshire turning in their graves...
