EK employ MANY different nationalities as pilots (I aint no Emiratee, that's for sure!!). However, they were all experienced pilots before they got here. If you are basing your career aspirations on the prospect of EK taking on Ab Initio cadets from overseas, you will be waiting a long time. The world is facing a looming pilot shortage and if you want to fly for a living, there are many avenues available to you.
It is unlikely that Emirates picking up the tab for your training will be one of them any time soon!!! (They don't evem take highley experienced Turbo-Prop pilots (YET!!)).
