I'm a newbie in this forum and I am one of the many people who applied as a Pilot Trainee for the PAL av school. Fortunately, I was able to pass the impact interview, thanks to some tips I received from a retired professional pilot. The interview was very challenging. The panel asked a lot of questions, mainly to determine your attitude. Right now, I'm getting ready for my initial medical exams and I just want to ask, since they will be checking my height and weight and body structure, do they really have to be proportionate to one another?
