I use (specific for my aircraft and done from memory)

Brakes off
Mixture
Fuel (sufficient for the go-around)
Fuel pump on
Hatches and harness OK
T’S & P’S ok for the go-around
Carb heat as required
Passenger OK

I do Prop and Flaps on X wind
