Went I joined I had a BMI of 28.5, and I was told that was near the upper limit. So above 30 would be pushing your luck!
The Doctors at CX say that most guys put on about 1 kg a year here... I've lost over 10kg since I joined (BMI 24), so I guess it's all about will power.
