Hi - just a quick thanks to the crews of BD101 LHR -AMS and BD112 AMS-LHR today (Tuesday 20th March) - great flights and excellent service (even though you ran out of bacon sandwiches ).

I know you guys have long days and minimum crew and you are always really professional. Keep up the good work - people do notice!
