local they dont have a visa that hav e to be paid yearly plus other things and its there country and they have the rights ,they will say for example u have to learn arabic like other company in diffrent country needs local langauge speakers but u are welcome to work in any of gcc country ,,
Imagine all expats leaving the companies...or the countries: Wouldn't you guys pretty quickly just get stuck in the sand?
