Actually if you do enough research and get geared up enough in advance ANYONE can get into QF. The flaw with QF recruitment system is that if you know how to play the game anyone can get in!! You have to do plenty of pysch testing research and know your stuff but it is possible.
QF system relies on people not really being aware of what QF are doing. It's all just a stupid game. If they were serious about their pysch and skills testing you'd be getting a grilling from a Psychologist.
