Can someone please explain to me in simple trems (I am only a pilot after all and apparently not worth much in the way of wages, T&C's etc) why it is that Q require you to undergo a "re-evaluation" after a period of 17 months. Is your whole psyche liable to change in that timeframe? Do you lose the ability to work out unfolded cubes? If Q thought you were good at jumping through hoops the first time why should they require you to do it again. Maybe someone with a HR background can shed some light on this. I think its disturbing that they should say "Congratulations, you might have a job but that's not guaranteed", keep you in the dark for a year and a half with no indication of future employment. Then when the wheels of the big corporate machine start rolling again expect you to ask "how high?" when they say jump. At least CX tell you that you have a job after completeing their induction process.
